When do orders ship?

Every Monday. Order before Sunday midnight (AEST) to make that week's dispatch. Fish are oxygen-bagged and packed in insulated boxes for safe transit.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes, to most Australian metro and regional areas. Some remote locations may not be serviceable — contact us if you're unsure before ordering.

What's your live arrival guarantee?

Contact us within 2 hours of delivery with a photo of the fish in the sealed bag. We'll assess and offer a replacement or store credit on a case-by-case basis.

Can I pick up in person?

Yes — pick-up from the Sunshine Coast is our preferred option. Shipping is available to buyers in QLD and NSW not near the Sunshine Coast. Email us to arrange.

What do you feed your fish?

Primarily algae wafers, blanched vegetables (zucchini, cucumber), and occasional protein foods. All fish are eating well before they leave us.
